I loved the old restaurant in the old building. Now they have made it even better, very good food, excellent service and the winelist.....I only say it is one of the best in Japan

the BEST!

It was the finest French with a pleasant after-meal feeling. It's a French dish that you'll want to eat every day because it's neither light nor rich. Although it's called Nouvelle, it's basically faithful to tradition rather than fusion. Carefully prepared to bring out the strong flavors of the high-quality ingredients. Service is top notch. Four types of bread are served in two servings. It's small and light, so it's a complete meal. Butter is Bordier. Seaweed butter goes well with sautéed seafood rather than bread. Bordier seaweed butter is convenient at home. It's a totally wonderful French restaurant, so I think it's useful for important occasions such as dinners. Once again, I reviewed the splendor and sense of Japanese hotels. Maybe I feel that way because I'm Japanese.
