French Teppan Restaurant Ginza Fujimaru Review Summary

I had the pleasure of visiting GINZA FUJIMARU last night and trying their brand new menu. Chapeau bas to the chef for a wonderful, perfectly balanced full course vegan dinner that will definitely please both vegans and non-vegans. All the dishes are simply exquisite, served with enough attention to detail to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. The place itself is super elegant, while the friendly and professional attitude of both the chef and the manager make it for an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for a hole-in-the-wall classy type of place in Tokyo, you should definitely give FUJIMARU a try!

For a long time I had been struggling to find a proper place in Tokyo that could offer me a high-end vegan food and that would make the experience feel special. There are some decent vegan restaurants in the city, but it feels like they all are just plain in comparison with this place. Fujimaru is a heaven on earth with its highly skilled chef and a manager who pays attention to every single detail to satisfy the guests. One of the only places in Tokyo where I can actually enjoy a dinner with my non-vegan friends and not feel left behind when it comes down to the quality of what is served to all of us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The experience at the counter is exceptional. I don't know much about wine, so I asked for pairings, but all of them matched well with the food, so I couldn't help but move on. If the curry at the end is very delicious and you have the time, I recommend adding toppings. The omelet was delicious. Although the cold brew coffee is a specialty, it's an unusual style, but it's exquisite. Thank you very much for your valuable experience. It was a restaurant that I would like to visit again when the menu changes.

We had a great time in a great atmosphere. I was able to enjoy delicious food while witnessing the chef's efficient preparation. One abalone was used luxuriously. The cold brew coffee after the meal was also delicious, as if it had been brewed over a long period of time.
You can feel the commitment to the ingredients, and learn about how to approach work through meals. Thanks to all of you, I now have time to heal from my daily fatigue.
