Good food and quiet atmosphere. Prices are reasonable too, but portions are really small. More than three stars would've been unfair to some other places I have visited and graded with four stars.

I ordered galette + salad lunch for 1,680 yen.
◆Location…☆☆☆
4 minutes walk south from Ningyocho Station.
The first floor of a seven-story office building, three streets west of the wide Ningyocho Street, faces a busy street lined with offices and stores, with sidewalks on both sides.
◆Floor plan/interior design…☆☆☆☆
The interior of the store had a high ceiling and classic lighting fixtures, giving it an elegant and relaxing space that looked like it would be found in a corner of Paris.
As soon as you enter, there are 3 tables for 4 people, 3 tables for 2 people, and 3 tables for 4 people in the back.
Enter and the kitchen is on the left.
◆Management/Atmosphere…☆☆☆
The kitchen is unknown, and there is one man working in the kitchen and serving customers.
There were only a few female customers inside the store, and the atmosphere was quiet.
The BGM is jazz with quiet vocals by Diana Krall & Bryan Adams.
◆Cooking…☆☆☆
The salad came out first.
The vegetables are lettuce, purple cabbage, carrots, and cucumber.
It was dressed with a refreshing vinegar, olive oil, and salt dressing that was both refreshing and delicious.
There are 4 types of galettes.
You could choose from 1) Genovese with octopus and potatoes, 2) ratatouille with seasonal vegetables, 3) Nordic with salmon, and 4) ham and prosciutto complex.
This time I tried Nordic, and perhaps because the salmon was smoked, it went well with the spinach, and the balance with the half-boiled fried egg was also good.
The fact that the galette dough is based on buckwheat flour also gives it a healthy feel.
It had a good aroma and texture, and unlike flour crepes, it was a material that went well with meals.
◆Cospa…☆☆☆
I guess the cost performance is okay.
The price was a little high, but it was close to the station, and above all, the space was very comfortable.
I also thought that the amount of food would be small, but it was surprisingly voluminous and very satisfying.
As expected from a bistro, wine and cheese were also on sale.
I would like to come again at night with my friends.

I visited around 11 o'clock on a weekday, and was able to enter the store smoothly without lining up.
The restaurant has a very calm atmosphere, where time passes at a leisurely pace, and it is a space where you can relax and enjoy your meal.
The staff were also very polite and kind, and I felt comfortable.
I felt a great deal of attention to detail from the customer service, which left a very positive impression.
I ordered a set of galette, salad, and drink for lunch, and the nice thing about it is that you can also choose cider or wine with the drink set.
Perfect for lunch while enjoying a light drink.
The main galette had a perfect balance between the aroma of the dough and the ingredients, and I could feel the freshness of the ingredients and the carefulness of the preparation.
The galette, which is simple yet brings out the flavor of the ingredients, was a particularly luxurious dish.
Overall, we had a special time and enjoyed a satisfying lunch that was well worth the price.
I would definitely like to visit again.

The galettes, crepes, soups, and salads are delicious. I had a relaxing time with friendly customer service. The ceiling is high and the interior feels like a Parisian bistro. I will come again.
