Do delicious foods from all over Japan gather in Nihonbashi? My hometown is also a fig producing area, but the pasta figs I ate at this restaurant were the most delicious this year. I'm kind of disappointed, but it was really delicious. As a French person, you have great taste. It goes very well with the low-temperature liver cucumber and the perfect, lovely-colored apple jam. The jam was delicious and I wanted more. I'm happy to be able to order champagne and sparkling wine by the glass.

A bistro where you can enjoy exquisite creative dishes made with high-quality fruits purchased from the long-established fruit shop Imano Fruit Factory, which was founded in 1952!

We had the charcuterie platter, cream spaghetti with figs and borcini, and Mio chicken thigh confit, and they were all delicious! The dessert was a delicious pudding a la mode with plenty of fruit.

I think this bistro is recommended for fruit lovers!

Fruits Bistro SABLIER in Nihonbashi Muromachi 🍽️

I made a reservation in advance and visited on a weekday night.

A bistro shop run by a fruit shop that I've been curious about for a long time 🍽️
Plenty of fruit is used in the dishes.
I thoroughly enjoyed the seasonal fruits ✨

    “Assorted charcuterie” looks beautiful.
This is a very delicious and must-try dish 🫶
``Shimanto Pork Saute'' is called persimmon and pork.
I was surprised by the unusual combination, but it was excellent.
Shine Muscat and Nagano Purple Parfait
It was delicious till the end 🤫🩷

Fruits are also used abundantly in drinks.
Especially the smoothie and fruit vinegar were delicious 😊

The first floor of the store is a la carte and casual.
On the 2nd floor, you can relax and enjoy the course ✨
Please try using it according to the scene 🌃

Recommended for dates and girls' night out🥂ˎˊ˗
    Thank you for the meal!

Chilled white peach spaghetti with truffle and black pepper aroma
A light oil-based spaghetti with sprouts and plenty of peaches that are just the right amount of ripe, not too ripe but still chewy. It also looks cool. Comes with salad and cold potage soup

Behind the counter seats, you can see the stone-paved alley, giving the restaurant an atmosphere. There seems to be a second floor as well.
The restaurant specializes in fruits, so I'm also curious about the curry that seems to have a variety of fresh fruits on it.
Payment is only by PayPay or cash.

A bistro run by Imano Fruits in Kayabacho.
I saw the fruit curry on social media and it looked delicious, so I went there for lunch alone.
I've been to Imano Fruits twice.
The fruit sandwiches don't seem to have a good reputation, but the fruit juices, cut fruits, cup jelly, etc. are delicious.
It's a really small shop that only does takeout.

About 3 minutes walk from Mitsukoshimae Station.

The counter is on the first floor, and the lunch course customers are on the second floor.
Fruit curry is available on the 1st floor.

    Is the salad average?
    A mouthful of soup
The cold corn soup was sweet and delicious.

Fruit curry (1500 yen) is also delicious!
It matched the fruit better than I expected.
Watermelons, kiwis, apples, dragon fruits, peaches, mangoes, blueberries, oranges, American cherries, etc. were lined up beautifully.
The base is beef tendon curry (1000 yen), but it is medium spicy.
I think it's okay even if you don't like spicy food because the fruit is sweet.

Today's smoothie (300 yen) is melon.
🍈It was perfectly ripe and sweet ~ it was the best.

    I want to go again.
I think I'll try the cold peach pasta next time.

Payment is by cash or PayPay.
The counter is full at 12 noon even on weekdays.
On the second floor, women with reservations were entering one after another.
The counter on the first floor is narrow, so you can enter and exit through the glass door at the back!

The chairs are high and you can only hang your luggage under the counter, so it may not be suitable for people with large luggage.
Also, I don't think it would be possible for small children because the seats are high.
