A typical Janish restaurant, I really liked it.
Recommendation is Okonomiyaki.
Lunch menu until 2 p.m. After that it is also open.
Tuesday is a rest day.
I come from Germany 🇩🇪 and have eaten okonomiyaki there several times over the years. Okonomiyaki is available with rice, noodles... etc.
I optionally add mochi.
The preparation can be done directly at the table or by the staff separately. You can also watch live there.
It's a great experience. Price performance is great. The restaurant is recommended.
Afterwards you can do some shopping and go, for example, to the 100 YEN shop Can*Do, which is almost next to it. Another plus, there is a small separate smoking room. The staff was very friendly 😊
Everything is clean and well equipped in a small space.

I visited because I wanted to eat monja.
I'm a little disappointed that it got burnt because there wasn't much liquid in it, but it was delicious.
It's best to make a reservation, as seats fill up quickly.

This is a restaurant that has been the best okonomiyaki restaurant in this area for many years.
Monja, okonomiyaki, yakisoba, teppanyaki, and other snacks and alcohol are also available, so you can get drunk during the day.
It's delicious, but the cost performance may not be good in terms of quantity.
It's local, the customer service is good, and kids can draw a lottery ticket on the way home.

If we were to compare the difference between Monjayaki and Okonomiyaki, it would be like the difference between a soft-boiled egg with the white (Monjayaki) and a hard-boiled egg (Okonomiyaki) with the inside including the yolk set. Monjayaki uses more stock to dissolve the flour, so the dough is looser, especially in the parts that aren't cooked on the iron plate.
Putting that preface aside, I ordered the Fuji SON Stamina Monja. Pork, garlic, and raw eggs are added to the basic dough and ingredients (cabbage, tempura, etc.). The menu includes instructions on how to cook Monjayaki. Once the oil has spread on the iron plate, fry the ingredients, and when they are browned, create a ring-like bank and pour the remaining water-soluble flour into the center. I eat it with a small trowel, but I put it on a plate and eat it with chopsticks.

This is my favorite shop ❤️They have very polite customer service and are kind to families with children. It's always crowded on weekend nights, but that's understandable. The taste is of course delicious. There are many monjayaki restaurants that taste like chemical seasonings and are greasy, but that's not the case here! You can eat as much as you want 🎵 There are so many toppings that you'll be satisfied!
