A small, authentic pasta shop near the Tomei Kawasaki IC. The interior of the store is based on white, with only a counter and an island kitchen. It looks stylish with dried flowers hanging and wine bottles lined up. I got in around 12:00 on a Wednesday without waiting.

◆Thick-sliced bacon and eggplant amatriciana 1,790 yen
First of all, it smells delicious! It's served in a deep bowl-like dish, but you'll want to bury your face in it. Is it sheep cheese? A unique scent spreads. But I don't dislike it. When you mix it with pasta and bring it to your mouth, you can feel the flavor of charred eggplant amidst the refreshing tomato flavor. The fact that it doesn't taste bitter even though it's burnt is probably due to the skill of a professional... The pasta is also delicious with just the right amount of chewiness and crispness. It said it was thick-sliced bacon, but since there were only a few diced pieces of bacon in it, it felt like tomato pasta with eggplant and cheese. The eggplant is melty and makes you feel happy.

◆Salad and soup available on weekdays?
The salad is topped with a tangy Italian dressing. It may seem a bit lonely with just lettuce, but it's soft, not bitter at all, and delicious. The soup is made with eggplant, paprika, bacon, etc. boiled until soft. The umami melts into the soup until the bacon becomes crumbly.

Recommended for an occasional reward lunch on your day off! The drawbacks are that it takes about 25 minutes to walk from Saginuma and Tama Plaza stations, the price is a bit high, and it's difficult to bring children into the restaurant (the chairs are high and there's only a counter), but the taste is such that you'll want to come back again. did.

I had lunch at Fukada Pasta, a restaurant by Chef Fukada that I have loved since Frick in Minami Aoyama.
The chef worked at IL GHIOTTONE Marunouchi before he became independent, and I love IL GHIOTTONE, so I had the opportunity to visit Frick several times because of that. One day, when I went to L'Effervéssons in Nishiazabu for lunch, Frick had disappeared and I had heard that they were opening a new restaurant, but I didn't expect it to be a pasta specialty restaurant. The store is a short walk from Aritama Plaza Station in Kawasaki.
The store will only have a U-shaped counter with 14 seats.
If you choose pasta, the set comes with salad and soup.
I ordered pasta with kettle-fried whitebait and cabbage, bread, and strawberry tiramisu after dinner.
Reservations are not accepted for lunch, so I just popped in, but Chef Fukada noticed me and came over to say hello.
The pasta is quite large so even the pickiest can be satisfied.
There are about 20 types of pasta, including daily specials, so I don't think you'll ever get bored of the pasta. You can also go there to find your favorite, and you can also enjoy the daily specials to get a feel for what's in season.
As always, Chef Fukada's pasta was delicious.
There will be an appetizer platter in the evening, so when I told them I would come back for the appetizer platter, I was told that summer shaved ice was also popular, so I would like to come and try the shaved ice as well.
I'll visit you again.

The salad is topped with French dressing.
The soup was a potage soup with cabbage and bacon. There were others, but I can't identify them. The sticky texture of the potatoes and the texture of the cabbage are interesting. The gentle sweetness of the potage soup and the saltyness of the bacon complement each other perfectly, making it delicious.

The pasta is quite hot and is served in a piping hot bowl.
The noodles themselves had a little core left in them, and I personally felt they were too hard. However, the hardness was just right for me when I was eating it. Since the bowl is hot, the temperature of the pasta will not drop, allowing you to enjoy it to the last bite.
The bad aspects of pasta served on a flat plate have been solved. wonderful.
(It will be warm until the end, so the heat will be added gradually, but you will finish eating before the noodles stretch.)

Maybe it's because I set the bar too high for a 2,000 yen pasta, but the pasta...
I don't think there is anything particularly noteworthy.
I think each item is carefully processed, but I felt that the taste itself was just as good.

Let's hope that we won't have to compensate for the situation of coming from far away and ordering 2,000 yen pasta.

The staff and service are of high quality, so you can think of it as included in the price.
