If you live around here, you have to go. Katsudon is really good and it's only 800yen. People are very nice and it's like being at home:)

I came here because a follower of mine posted some delicious-looking photos on Instagram.
It was an hour before closing, but it was packed.
By chance, the space behind the counter was empty.
A pattern from a popular local store.

It's not a soba restaurant, but a soba and tonkatsu specialty store.

The katsudon is also a double feature with the sauce katsudon.
In Tokyo, when you think of katsudon, you think of katsudon with egg.

Served in about 10 minutes.
This look... Nishi-Ogikubo, which closed last year.
It is very similar to Sakamotoya's katsudon, which is said to be the best in Japan.

‥delicious!
As expected, they are not very similar in terms of taste.
It's by far the best I've ever eaten.

Completed the meal in no time.
I will definitely come again.

The other menu items are also quite attractive.
Looks like it's going to be Tamakatsudon again...

I used it for lunch on Sunday, November 5th. This is a popular local pork cutlet restaurant. There were many other tonkatsu restaurants with high ratings, but I really wanted to try katsudon, so I chose this one. As expected, it was meaty and delicious. I entered the store right after it opened, and 80% of the seats were occupied. If you're going to come to the store, you might want to come early or at a different time.
