Fukuta is about a 10-minute walk from Monzen-Nakacho Station.
This restaurant has been listed in the Michelin Bib Gourmand and has been awarded the Tabelog Japanese Restaurant TOKYO 100 Famous Restaurants list.
There were 3 counter seats and 3 table seats inside the store. The atmosphere is perfect for the general's attention.
I've heard that their fish dishes are delicious and creative, but they use the same ingredients but with a twist, so you can enjoy dishes that are different from other restaurants.
In particular, although I have eaten sashimi with salt, it was my first experience eating it with sesame oil.
It's a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of Japanese sake in a calm atmosphere in the downtown area.
I will go again.

First we had four dishes, appetizer, sashimi, blowfish sashimi, and squid mentaiko wrapped in seaweed.
Additional items include Dutch-braised eggplant, grilled conger eel, beef rolls with sea urchin, and Dutch oven-roasted pork.
The eggplant tastes like tofu.
Pork is soft. Steamy garlic, shiitake mushrooms, and radish are delicious.
Beef sea urchin rolls are exquisite. I can eat another one of these.

It has been listed in the Michelin Bib Gourmand for many years since 2015, and it is also one of the 100 famous restaurants in Tabelog 2021, so it is about a 10-minute walk from Exit 2 of Monzen-Nakacho Station on the Tokyo Metro, walk along Eitai-dori toward Kiba, and turn right. I went to "Fukuden" on the right after crossing the bridge at 18:00 on weekdays♪

The appearance of the store is beautiful, and as expected, the letters of "Fukuta" and the plain wood entrance are also wonderful ♪

When you enter the store, the general in the left counter and his mother? , Another three women welcomed me kindly with a smile even though it was my first time.
I sensed that this warmth might be the secret to its popularity.

The inside of the store is bright, with 6 counter seats, 1 table seat for 6 people, 2 seats for 4 people, and a maximum of 20 people.
It was said that there was no transparent acrylic plate between the seats because it was unfashionable, and instead, it was said that they were using a circulator to ventilate and take measures against corona.
It's wonderful♪

When I sat down at the counter seat on the leftmost side, on the left side of the table, those Michelin books were lined up.
Since it is a great deal, I will see the contents.
At the back of the counter, there was a sticker for each year listed by Michelin.

When I heard about the Michelin listing, an investigator came once just before closing, and it seems that he had already visited several shops that day, so he couldn't eat much, ordered a little, ate it, and took a picture. seems to have returned.
At that time, I didn't know if it would be published, but it seems that I was invited to the party when it was decided ♪
It's wonderful♪

After looking at the menu, I ordered draft beer for 500 yen including tax.

Ah, it's cold and delicious♪

The appetizer is 3,000 yen including tax, and the following side dishes were served.

In particular, raw oysters and Bryde's whales were of high quality and were quite delicious.
It's wonderful that the intermediate wholesalers at Toyosu Market have been able to purchase good products, even if they are in small quantities, even during the corona crisis.
Long-term trust is important, and I think that's right.

☆Hot mozuku soup
☆Sea bass sushi with lemon and deep-fried horse mackerel
☆Raw oyster seaweed roll
☆Bryde's whale sashimi with sesame oil and salt
☆ Sashimi (meji tuna, squid uni, higan puffer fish with yuzu pepper)

Here, enjoy a delicious cold glass of "Kagatobi Gokukan Junmai Sake Ishikawa (900 yen including tax)".

Or look at the r menu and order more♪
The ones with red circles are recommended for the season, so I chose one or below in particular♪

☆ Boiled young bamboo shoots (Sanriku seaweed) 1,200 yen including tax
☆Deep-fried pufferfish 1,400 yen including tax (about 1.2 kg of Higan pufferfish)
☆ Crab spring rolls 850 yen including tax (including cheese and asparagus)

The bamboo shoots felt spring and were delicious♪
It was good that there was plenty of wakame seaweed as well, as they procured fresh wakame seaweed in good condition.

The deep-fried puffer fish was juicy with bones in it.

Crab spring rolls are a standard item that was also published in Michelin, and not only crab but also plenty of cheese and asparagus, this was also piping hot and delicious ♪

If possible, I wanted to order the famous Daisen chicken and Yamayuri pork in the dutch oven, but it was too much for one person.

Please note that the current business hours are from 17:00 to 21:00, and alcohol will be served from 20:00.

"Fukuta" is a beautiful restaurant, full of hospitality, and you can enjoy delicious pufferfish dishes and Japanese dishes while having a pleasant conversation.
