Fukuyoshi Review Summary

Very good dinner - full of yummy sushi and laughs. Friendly chef and staffs, they are lovely!
It was a good choice for our last supper in Kyoto and we will definitely come back next time 😊

This was one of the best meals that we have ever had. We have been to some special places but the restaurant is beautiful and the sushi is somehow better. We don't speak much Japanese but the junior chef made such an effort and as a result we had a great time. Like with any similar restaurant, you don't do the selection but the sushi was divine and the sake selection was great. If you want to share a special meal with special people then this is the place to come.

BE AWARE!!
We booked and had to prepay the entire meal: ¥33,000 (2ppl ¥16,500 each)
Unfortunately we couldn’t make it which resulted in the restaurant refusing to rebook us to another date OR refunding us.
So ¥33,000 for nothing. Would NOT recomend to book this place. There are many other places that don’t treat customers (or in this case potential customers) so badly. TERRIBLE
