I was invited to visit Mr. Furuta, who I had been waiting for several years.
Dinner only starts at 6:30pm ☺️
I'm happy because I can eat slowly without anyone behind me♪

Chef Furuta, his wife and three staff members,
I thought the husband and wife would be more scary, but they were very friendly and fun.

This time it's a 50,000 yen course. Drinks are separate.
We carry a wide variety of wines ranging from 30,000 yen to Domaine Daubenay white wine 2,750,000 yen♪

●The spring roll milt was hot and melty inside and delicious.
●Specially selected yellow shark shark fin.Each fiber is thick, and it was roasted to become a little crispy, which was extremely delicious♪

We made a reservation for 4 people 3 years and 2 months ago, and the long-awaited day was approaching.
I got a call from the store about a week ago and asked about the course.

I wanted to eat and compare the 33,000 and 55,000 courses by two people,
It's no good if it's not the same course.
I don't understand this theory even though I make two different sets of two people.
Even though it is in this unit price range, I know that the service spirit is lacking, and I wither a little.

From this year,
33,000 courses are gone, starting from 55,000 (゚д゚)
