The name of the store is a coined word derived from the word fusion.

Dinners feature creative dishes using a variety of ingredients such as oysters, milt, and sometimes wild boar.
Each dish is unique yet perfectly harmonized, allowing you to enjoy it until your after-meal coffee time.
Fusible is a wonderful French restaurant that is loved by many for its creative dishes and pairings, friendly conversations with the chef, and family-friendly service.


You can choose between alcoholic or non-alcoholic pairings, but I was told that non-alcoholic pairings are amazing, so this was my first non-alcoholic pairing🍷
This is really delicious and goes well with cooking ✨

The dishes are creative and make the most of the ingredients, and the combinations are interesting and each dish is deliciously delicious☺️

The friendly service provided by the couple is also wonderful ✨

A friend of mine told me about a shop that has great pairings!
This is the shop I was told about🍷

It was a really nice shop,
Each dish created by Chef Muronozono was so delicate and wonderful😌

The menu and wine seem to change once every two months 🍷🍴
The wines are selected with advice from a wine shop in Okamoto.

There are 6 dishes in total.
Six types of wine can be served to match the seasonal dishes.
Every dish has a well-thought-out combination with wine, and they're all the best✨(That's right←)

I personally loved the combination of oysters and wine that I had as the first dish🫶
But what I can't forget is the sweetfish confit.
Watermelon is doing too good a job...it's just delicious...😮‍💨࿔(lack of vocabulary ←)

On the way home after eating.
Even when I woke up the next day, I was so happy🤍
It was a shop that made me think 💭💓
That's why I'll go again 🥺 lol lol lol
