You can choose between alcoholic or non-alcoholic pairings, but I was told that non-alcoholic pairings are amazing, so this was my first non-alcoholic pairingð·

It was a really nice shop,
Each dish created by Chef Muronozono was so delicate and wonderfulð
The menu and wine seem to change once every two months ð·ðŽ
The wines are selected with advice from a wine shop in Okamoto.
There are 6 dishes in total.
Six types of wine can be served to match the seasonal dishes.
Every dish has a well-thought-out combination with wine, and they're all the bestâš(That's rightâ)

But what I can't forget is the sweetfish confit.
