Special sushi 2,200 yen I chose the extra top because I don't drink alcohol today!Hugh is the best! They said the conger eel was sourced live from Toyosu, the sea urchin from Hokkaido, and the toro (fatty tuna) from Ootoro. If the inbounds found out, it would be 10,000 yen per person! He laughed when I said, I don't drink sake today, so I went for the extra-top!They serve barley tea by the pitcher, which is very kind.
It's a 15-minute walk from Kitasenju Station from the shopping district. The sushi restaurant is located in a corner of
We hit the restaurant just after opening on a Saturday and enjoyed our meal.
The owner is a one-man operation, so if you are in a large group, it will take time to make the food, so make sure to go with plenty of time to spare.
Also, are they open today? What time is it open?If you get a call like that, your food will be delayed, so go there and make sure they are open!
The restaurant is open during the following hours, and seems to close earlier when the food is finished.

Yuji is an angel. His kindness, generosity, and good conversation made this our favorite place we ate in Tokyo. You MUST go here! The atmosphere is so cool. The raw egg spicy sauce fish bowl was so delicious and the sushi is also great and affordable. Thank you again Yuji from your friends from America :).

The store's appearance is of the highest quality, with a sense of taste. And delicious. And it's voluminous.
I learned about this restaurant from the short Instagram video Drunken Tokyo Gourmet. I had been curious about it for a long time, but I happened to have some free time that day, so I went there.
Arrived on site at 5:27pm on Friday.
A bent signboard and a corrugated iron wall. The store's appearance is of the highest quality, with a sense of taste.
I enter the store.
No customers.
I ordered Special Sushi 2200 yen.
Apparently there was some sushi that had to be made at a certain time, so I was asked to wait a little while. No problem at all. wait.
A television program was playing inside the store. It seems that flowering has been confirmed on a specimen tree at Yasukuni Shrine. It's blooming later than usual.
One customer who came in after me ordered a bottled beer, so I ordered a sake at the same time. It seemed busy, so I thought it might be a good idea to time your order accordingly. The top of the sake menu, Otokoyama Daiginjo (Owari) 900 yen, was said to be sold out, so I went for the bottom one, Shichida Junmai (Niigata) 800 yen. . It was an easy to drink and delicious drink.
By the way, the shop is run by the owner.
The sushi came out at 5:54 p.m. In other words, it was 27 minutes after I arrived at the store. It's just right to relax and wait while drinking alcohol.
When the sushi was served, I was asked if I could prepare the miso soup. Since I had been drinking, they made sure to leave me some miso soup. I asked them to take it out immediately.
All the sushi toppings are big! And the taste is very delicious. The sushi is also large and filling. It was two levels more delicious than I had imagined.
The business hours were 11:30-19:40 on Tabelog and 11:30-19:00 on Google Maps, but the noren was closed at exactly 18:00. Looks like they'll be closing sooner than expected. Please be careful if you are considering visiting.
The bill amount was exactly 3000 yen. I paid in cash.
Thank you for the meal.

Today's lunch place is...
Futago Sushi is a long-established sushi restaurant located in the Senju Daimon shopping district, a 14-minute walk from JR Tobu Kita-Senju Station.
This is a sushi restaurant famous for its crumbling signboard.
The shop is small with 3 counter seats, 3 additional counter seats, and 2 raised tables.
While sitting at the counter, I ordered the 1,100 yen ``Seafood bowl top'' with less rice.
Seafood bowl, less rice
Inside the bowl, there is squid with a decorative knife sandwiched between two pieces of tuna, salmon, octopus, shrimp, egg, nakaochi, salmon roe, cucumber, gari, boiled shellfish, green onion, and shiso leaves.
Feel happy with the soft-cooked, sweet vinegar rice and plenty of fresh sashimi purchased from Adachi Market.
At this price, this amount of ingredients is the best value for money lol
It was a great meal and I finished it in no time.
