An amazing experience! Loved the traditional bar counter style eating experience where you order from the ticketing kiosk and pass it to the chef to cook.
The noodles were delectable and possess a great bounciness to it. The special dipping sauce was amazing as well.
Order the medium as the large is gonna be way too big!!

This is probably the best dipping ramen I've ever eaten. The noodles are slightly thicker and firmer, which were great with dipping.
The dipping broth was flavourful and more like some thick gravy. You can choose medium or large for the noodles.
Medium would be likely enough for most unless you are a really big eater.
Be ready for at least half an hour of queue 😆

My first every tsukemen and I think its really a unique experience. Love the perfectly cooked noodles and broth was thick, creamy and super tasty. Once you are done with your noodles, save some broth and you can add a soup in the silver kettle mixed your broth and you can drink it to finish off your meal.
We came here to queue around 11.45 with around 15 people ahead of me but got a seat within 20min. The turnover here is super fast and so don't be turned off by the long queue if you see one.
Hope to come back again soon.
