There didn't seem to be an English menu available, but we managed fine with Google translate and using pictures. The prices were very reasonable for how good the food was.
Everything was very delicious, and it came quickly and was hot and fresh.
The entrance is on B1, down some steps below street level, could be easy to miss if you don't know it's there.

Counter and table seats. I think there are private rooms as well.
With this, I think I can go in alone even at night.
Small pork balls, rice, miso soup, and pickles.
The okonomiyaki was delicious, but the rice was delicious.
Miso soup too. It was a pretty good shop.
