Ganko Takasegawa Nijo-en Review Summary

Great ambiance and delicious food!!
The Manu has tons of choices and more than one Manu to choose from is a bit confused for us, but there is pictures on the menu helps tremendously, overall the food were all very good when serving on the table. The waitress was so nice and helpful who was not only so friendly but also very helpful guiding us through the meal. The waiter was not very focused who didn’t take the full order and didn’t even serve tea/water until we requested. The garden is stunning to looking at! We like the dinning experience a lot!

Walk in the garden before dinner was lovely and a one-time experience. Food was delicious. Had dinner Meiko (Gueshia in training). Very entertaining and immersing experience.

Amazing ambience and good food. Every entry a new surprise. However the service was overwhelmed by the event size that it was booked.

Just finished the lunch there. We enjoyed immensely. Service was first class along with the food. My other half is allergy to soy, they tried their best to fulfill our order
The garden is glorious!

The waitress is kind of racist and unfriendly, then when she gave us the food the food was rotten not fresh at all, very little amount of food. When I search on the internet it said they serve kid food but when we ask the waitress they said they don’t serve a kids menu, and ask us to pick from the menu. So when I don’t want to eat anymore and want to leave they still ask us to pay for the whole course which is 30,000 Japanese money and around 200 US dollars. This is our first time in Japan, we were happy here in Japan but after that experience it made us very uncomfortable.
I definitely don’t recommend this place.
