Seafood choices include lobster, scallops, and fish.
I chose lobster, and it was definitely more plump than I expected! ️I chose the 2 types of sauces, tartar and Tosa vinegar, which was perfect for the soup stock, and the 180g fillet of meat, and as expected, it was full of volume, and not only was it big, but the taste was soft, and the meat tasted great. Plenty of other vegetables too
The amberjack sashimi was delicious, and I forgot to mention that the beef and tomato soup was all amazing. The finishing touch is egg-cooked garlic rice with red dashi soup, incense, and the dessert is fruit, which is very satisfying! ️
Of course, the customer service is double-maru, and I will visit you again.
Thank you for the meal.

Learn More About Teppanyaki
What is the difference between Teppanyaki and Hibachi?
Teppanyaki and Hibachi are two Japanese cooking styles that involve grilling on a hot iron plate. While often used interchangeably, they have distinct differences. Teppanyaki refers to cooking on a flat griddle, where chefs skillfully prepare dishes like steak, seafood, and vegetables in front of diners. Hibachi, on the other hand, uses a round, open-grate grill heated by charcoal or gas, imparting a smoky flavor to the food. Discover the nuances and theatrical flair of these two captivating Japanese culinary arts.
