Gastronomie Saule Yanagiya

I go to Yanagiya in Gifu several times a year, and today I visited for the first time since I was staying in Nagoya. At Ikkyu, there were only two seats available at the counter, and I tried to call them but couldn't get through, but they said they were busy, so I was able to make a reservation through SMS. 15,000 yen omakase course.
Mr. Yanagiya's Italian restaurant has nothing to do with gibier.
Pair the wine with your meal. 5 types of wine starting with bubbles. As expected, it goes very well with cooking. Each dish was carefully prepared and perfectly matched with the atmosphere. There were 3 types of desserts, so since there were 3 of us, each person got one type and shared it.

We had lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was excited to see so many ingredients that I don't usually eat.
However, the walls of the private room were too thin and I could hear the voices from the next room. I could hear the loud voices of the madams all the time, creating a vulgar atmosphere, and I wanted to take time off from work to have a relaxing meal with the two of us, but that was ruined...

It seems to be a popular restaurant, so it was difficult to get a reservation, but this time, on my third attempt, I was finally able to make a reservation.
Even if you can't connect by phone, you can text me, so it was smooth to make a reservation after confirming the date of the meeting.

All dishes were carefully prepared and very delicious.

In the case of a course meal, you will be quite full by the time you get to the meat dish, so if it contains a lot of fat, you may not be able to eat it.
The meat had just the right amount of fat and was delicious till the end.

As for the wine, the friendly sommelier 🍷 recommended wine to go with the food, so it was a restaurant where you could enjoy both the food and the drinks deliciously.

I would definitely like to go again.
