We received a special course limited to one group per day ^ - ^
It's a bit of a hideaway in the basement, but the interior has a casual atmosphere♪
To be honest, I wasn't too impressed with the appetizers, but everything that followed, from squid and fava beans to shark fin soup and braised abalone and pork, were all delicious and very satisfying☆
In particular, the crab fried rice at the end had plenty of crab meat, and I happened to be looking at a photo of crab and talking about wanting to eat crab before the fried rice arrived, so I thought it was even more delicious!
The dessert almond tofu is also chewy and delicious♪
Apparently, the chef loves tea, and they have 5 types of Chinese tea, and my personal favorite, Touhou Bijin tea, he adds hot water to the restaurant midway through, so I was able to taste it 3 times!
You can choose from 4 types of white wine and 3 types of red wine by the glass, and the explanation was very detailed and very easy to understand.
I had a great time enjoying the meal while enjoying the polite customer service and explanations from start to finish.
