The big shumai with black beans, shrimp and chestnut spring roll appetizers are consistently delicious. This time, the Shanghai crab is exquisite â I was so happy with the crab miso sauce noodles ð Drunk crab â Crab soaked in Shaoxing wine I was happily drunk too ð

This is my first visit to the store.
The interior of the restaurant is not very luxurious, but the tableware and dishes used are amazing!
I felt that each item was carefully made.
I loved the spring rolls and mapo tofu!
I wanted to eat char rice. I want to go again.

We received a special course limited to one group per day ^ - ^
It's a bit of a hideaway in the basement, but the interior has a casual atmosphereâª
To be honest, I wasn't too impressed with the appetizers, but everything that followed, from squid and fava beans to shark fin soup and braised abalone and pork, were all delicious and very satisfyingâ
In particular, the crab fried rice at the end had plenty of crab meat, and I happened to be looking at a photo of crab and talking about wanting to eat crab before the fried rice arrived, so I thought it was even more delicious!
The dessert almond tofu is also chewy and deliciousâª
Apparently, the chef loves tea, and they have 5 types of Chinese tea, and my personal favorite, Touhou Bijin tea, he adds hot water to the restaurant midway through, so I was able to taste it 3 times!
You can choose from 4 types of white wine and 3 types of red wine by the glass, and the explanation was very detailed and very easy to understand.
I had a great time enjoying the meal while enjoying the polite customer service and explanations from start to finish.
