A two star Michelin resturant that use traditional Kyoto ingredients. The name of resturant is after the chef. He does everything while his assistance prepare the ingredients. I got a whole bottle of saki for myself and got very tipsy. The chef then gave me more alcohol on the house. The food was so delicious especially the tiger prawn and the asparagus. I have never had asparagus like that. I wish I could speak more Japanese because it was hard to connect with the chef. One of the assistance form Hong Kong was there and he spoke English. Anyways I enjoyed the meal and it’s a fry high level.

World class food and service. The best of the Japanese gastronomy.

Authentic traditional Japanese food at it's best!
