SERVICE: 5.0. We were lucky to snag an early evening reservation with 2 hours notice. Service was excellent throughout the dinner.
AMBIANCE: 5.0. Located on the 11th floor overlooking a large boulevard in Ginza. It was already quite crowded when we arrived for out 6pm reservation, and we were shown to the 2 best seats for a couple to share a romantic evening. These 2 seats are located at the most inner part of the restaurant, at a wide counter facing the chef's cooking area. The location is quite private, as it is screened from the both the chef and the rest of the restaurant. Directly behind the seats are floor-to-ceiling windows with a nice city view.
FOOD: 5.0. The small courses were served one after another, paired with a wine that went with 2 to 3 of the courses. Beautiful presentation and wonderful paired tastings. Too much to list; photos of the menu (in Japanese) and courses are posted.
WINE: 4.0. The pours were generous, and each wine was paired very well with appropriate courses. The sommelier did most of our pours, explaining the wines and pairings.

1. Make reservations
2. Order from a few pre-selected sets
3. Enjoy very very good yakitori and a few other accompanying dishes.
The wait staff are super attentive and will explain every course as it's brought out.
We had the ¥12500 (before tax) set with I think 23 courses. No rush, all very good. Bite sized, but at the end, felt very satisfied.
Recommend! 10 ⭐!!
