We invited a foreign guest who loves Japanese food to this restaurant and received a lunch course of 8,800 yen (tax included, 8 dishes).
The ingredients were mainly seafood and vegetables, and the taste of the dishes was very delicate. What's more, the patterns and presentation of the tableware were full of emotion and kindness, and it warmed my heart as I ate.
The course meal ended with sea bream chazuke. In particular, the sesame sauce with which the sea bream was marinated was extremely delicious, and I had to refill not only the rice but also the sea bream and sesame sauce twice.
The service was very thorough in both serving and explaining the food. Thanks to your support, we were able to enjoy a comfortable meal and our guests were also happy.
Thank you for the delicious and heartwarming meal.

I visited for lunch with my mother-in-law. This is a sea bream chazuke course.
Crab, sea urchin, flounder, and Yamagata beef sirloin were all delicious, but we were impressed by the freshly cooked Tsuyahime. It was very delicious.
The beer served in a thin glass tasted good, and the sake that was served in a Baccarat glass was also nice.
I am very happy to be able to spend time in a private room. thank you very much.

The day I realized that eating delicious food is the perfect way to purify your mind.
Ginza Kudosan is located right next to Higashi Ginza Station.
Enjoy the most delicious Japanese cuisine here.
At night, the price is quite rich.
It's a high hurdle to ask.
I can enjoy it during lunch time at a price that even I can afford.
On this day, we had the most affordable course among the lunchtime kaiseki courses.
The restaurant, located on the third floor of a building, has all seats in private rooms, giving it a great hideaway feel.
Naturally, I also had a private room.
In a warm space where you can feel the warmth of wood.
Start of the course today.
First, we started with thick scallops and Chinese cabbage topped with red vinegar jelly served in a transparent glass bowl with a summery feel.
The moist texture of thick scallops.
Light and refreshing with ponzu jelly.
A perfect dish for a hot day.
Next up is this specialty. Grilled sesame tofu!
This is so delicious that I'm convinced it's a specialty.
The surface of the sesame tofu is fragrant and crispy.
The inside is sticky, chewy, and has an exquisite texture.
It's really delicious!
The rich sesame-based sauce is irresistible ♡
The warm bowl that came next was also impressive.
When you open the lid, the bowl features a summery fireworks pattern.
There's tomatoes, Junna, and plump shrimp.
The unique, thick texture of Junna and the sourness of the tomatoes are a perfect match.
The gentle flavor of the soup stock makes you feel as if a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.
The bonito sashimi that came next was also thick, fresh, and delicious.
I've been pretty satisfied so far, though.
After this, it is already a work of art! Introducing a hassun that makes you think.
Fried sweetfish, dried bonito, soft boiled octopus, etc.
Many wonderful dishes.
There's no choice but to be a liquor thief.
Everything was so delicious though
Personally, my favorite is fried sweetfish.
It was fried crispy while the inside was soft.
I also like the bittersweetness of the liver ♡
And here's another specialty.
Sea bream chazuke served with freshly cooked rice.
Moreover, you can get free refills of not only rice but also sea bream covered in sesame sauce.
What a luxury. What bliss.
I'm so excited about the system.
First of all, you can experience the deliciousness of freshly cooked rice directly.
The fluffy rice is sweet and delicious even without adding anything!
Next was sea bream covered in sesame sauce.
This is the perfect accompaniment to rice.
The plumpness and elasticity of the sea bream meat.
Looks like I could eat it forever.
It's so flavorful that you could almost eat a whole bowl of rice with just a piece of sea bream.
I finished the first meal without even having to make tea with it.
Of course the second meal. This is made into tea.
When you pour hot green tea on it, the sea bream will be slightly cooked.
It has a different flavor and texture than eating it as is.
It's smooth and feels like it goes down your throat.
In the end, it was so delicious that I had to refill the rice and sea bream four times in total.
Finish off with Kudo's homemade brown sugar pudding.
A wonderful course where you can feel the changing seasons and fill your stomach.
At the end, they even give you a gift of chopsticks, which is a great touch of hospitality ◎
I would definitely like to visit this shop again on days when I have something special going on.
If you're lucky, there's also a dinner course!
Thank you for the meal.

I received the lunch course. This is my second visit, and I can only say it's wonderful. All of the dishes are delicate and you can fully enjoy the skill of the owner. I can't eat quite a few vegetables, and I appreciate your help. Since it is available in a private room, I use it for meals with customers.
