I tried to book the table for ginza shinohara, and the reservation open at 0.00 UTC + 9, on 25th sep, I have waited till 25th sep, 0.00am, but as soon as I refresh the browse, the table was shown unavailable,

how is it possible seat not even shown available to reserve, I didn't even see any table available, I kept refreshing the browser from 11.55pm till 12.15 am, nothing happens, still no seat available, any suggestion?
