We had an amazing evening here. The steak was fantastic and the staff were incredibly attentive and made a great atmosphere. We had the all you can eat option and the quality of the beef was like nothing we have ever had in the United States. Prior to the dinner I had proposed to my girlfriend and I had mentioned this in the reservation notes. They went above and beyond to make sure that my fiancee had a special evening and even prepared an incredible dessert for her. It was such a delight and we would gladly go back again. It was such a special evening for us.

We decided to visit Ginza Steak from the great reviews and here’s our feedback.
Remember to book a table before coming as it can get quite busy. We managed to book a table on the same day around lunch time for a 8pm time slot.
The service is outstanding, the moment you arrive to the moment you leave the staff are very attentive.
After we sat down we were given our menu and we chose the A5 banquet. You are able to order as much wagyu as you’d like and cook to however you like it.
The fish was overcooked and the first piece of Wagyu was too cooked for me also but the other Wagyu cooked after was fine. Well seasoned!!!
Drinks menu was quite expensive with water starting at 880¥ and range was limited. Also would be nice if they had more range of sides, especially more salad to accompany the protein. Otherwise having to sit down and see our food cooked in front of us was a great experience.

Decent. Definitely had better but it's good value for the amount of food. Chef cooks all the meat for you and it's the thicker pieces of meat rather than the thin yakiniku kind. Everyone sits at the chefs table in a half circle
You choose a course meal and you can order more of the main course steak if you want. The beginning courses are all small bites, tasty, and a nice variety. The main course included 4 different cuts of meat and we ordered 2 additional different cuts for a total of 6 different cuts. There wasn't enough time for us to order more if we wanted to, but we were all full by then anyway. Many cuts had chewy parts, which made me question the overall quality, but they were all cooked perfectly and tasted great still
Chef did a great job and was accommodating to dietary needs. Staff were all very kind and attentive. Small restaurant so reservation is recommended.

We chose the 10,000+yen per person. The appetizer, soup, fish and until the sukiyaki cut meat were so good. However, when it comes to the a5 wagyu, it’s not that tender comparing to other steak places we have been to. It’s more of the lean side. It’s kinda head to chew. Everything was good. But I hope they serve us a tender meat.

Had the marbled and lean wagyu teppanyaki lunch course which started off with four dishes before the main all you can eat wagyu steak. All four dishes were tasty and the portion was not big so it gives you plenty of room for the wagyu. Different cuts of the wagyu was served at the discretion of the chef, and at the pace the chef was cooking I had a total of six pieces. Each piece had a slightly different texture, some required a little bit more chewing but it was still tasty and the flavor does come through as you chew more. Two pieces were slightly more marbled but they felt like A4 at best. Overall it was nice to try an all you can eat wagyu teppanyaki course; I was able to eat a lot more as the wagyu was on the leaner side. Service was good.
