Came here with my wife, daughter and mother-in-law.

To say this was the best Chinese food I have ever had would be an understatement, and I fully understand why this is my mother-in-law's favorite restaurant.

We had the Lunch Tohkagen Course. Every dish was moreish, which made me a bit sad when I finished each course.

Service was very nice, the place was super quiet and enjoyable.

    Located in Ginza 8-chome Hakuhinkan.
Previously, it was located on the same 8-chome street, but closer to Shinbashi Station.
I sometimes visit him for lunch. It's not cheap, so I use it as a Ginza lunch/luxury lunch.
Since this is a Sichuan restaurant, you can enjoy the authentic taste of spicy Chinese dishes such as mapo tofu and dan dan noodles.
As someone who loves spicy food, I definitely want to try mapo tofu, so I always order the [Noodle Special Set ¥2,000] greedily.
You choose one of your favorite noodles (about 10 types), and it comes with a small bar chicken, mini mapo tofu bowl, and almond tofu.
Dandan noodles are of course delicious, but my personal recommendation is [Sour and spicy noodles].
It is very spicy and has a strong sour taste.
However, one thing that is a little different from other shops is that they serve raw eggs.
If you say, `I would like it with egg,'' they will add it for free.
When you think of eggs in hot and sour noodles, they often contain beaten eggs, but here they use raw eggs.
So, you can enjoy the authentic balance of spiciness and sourness at first, and then crack a raw egg in the second half to make it a little milder!
This is delicious! This is an original hot and sour noodle that you can't get at other restaurants.
It goes without saying that the mapo tofu is Sichuan mapo tofu, which has the numbing effect of pepper.
Almond tofu is rich and delicious, perfect for refreshing your palate after refreshing with this spiciness.
Satisfaction level of over ¥2,000. It gets pretty crowded at lunchtime with well-dressed office workers, so the best time to go is right after it opens.

When I arrived at the first floor of the building, I wondered if this was the place I was going to be in, but when I took the elevator up, I found it to be a calm shop. All the staff are active, have a soft demeanor, and have a nice atmosphere. The food was authentic and very delicious.

    It's so painful!
Normally, there are five types of food: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and spicy, but Sichuan cuisine seems to have an added flavor called `ma,'' which is numbing.

When you think of spicy Chinese food, the first thing that comes to mind is Sichuan food! However, of the eight major Chinese cuisines, Hunan cuisine is said to be the spiciest.

Yes, there are Chinese dishes that are spicier than this! Sichuan food is spicy enough!

    However, the spiciness is addictive.
    What I received was

    ・Three colors of appetizers
    ・Shrimp stew in chili sauce
    ・Fried chicken
・Sesame miso spicy soba (Tandan noodles)
    ・Famous Sichuan mapo tofu
    ・Rice, pickles
    ・Almond tofu

    Braised shrimp with chili sauce
It doesn't look spicy, but it's spicy! !

    Dandan noodles
    hard! ! !

    Famous Sichuan mapo tofu
    It's black and spicy! ! !

    Almond tofu
It's softer than spicy food! !
This jiggly degree is the best in life♪

When we moved from the 2nd floor of the Ginza Grand Hotel, the president of Hakuhinkan told us that he wanted us to move in and that we didn't want to lose this flavor from Ginza.

The main store is in Kumamoto and the branch is in Ginza, which is amazing! !

It was spicy, but it was so delicious that I want to eat it again♪
