Speaking of Kyoto, there are many delicious food restaurants, but I especially recommend Ichido!
Located in downtown Gion, it was a stylish entrance!
Each dish is creative, carefully selected ingredients, and very delicious!
The ingredients and toppings for yakisoba change depending on the season, which is part of the fun!
Other than that, the hamburgers, steaks, sukiyaki, and even the monaka ice cream at the end are all homemade and delicious!
The shop is run by a couple and the atmosphere is very nice!
Reservations are required!

Gion Road @ Gion, Kyoto City

It is located in a prime location in Gion, located behind Minamiza, about 5 minutes walk from Gion-Shijo Station.
Teppanyaki restaurant with 8 counter seats. ``Gion Ichido'' is completely different from ordinary Japanese cuisine, and its main dish is teppanyaki.
The original dish is a mini burger made with Wagyu beef patty, foie gras simmered in soy sauce-based soup, and wasabi.
Well, thinly sliced Omi beef loin is wrapped in a roll, grilled on a griddle with tomatoes, and then coated with a sweet and salty soy sauce-based sauce.
``Tomato roll sukiyaki'' is a versatile product.
``Gout Set'' layered with crab, sea urchin, and caviar.Abalone steamed on a griddle and dressed with Manganji chili peppers and liver.
Grilled shark fin in a bowl with white miso, and shredded summer truffles on top of fried noodles! There is a huge parade of luxurious ingredients, so we recommend going on an empty stomach.

Teppanyaki and Hibachi are two Japanese cooking styles that involve grilling on a hot iron plate. While often used interchangeably, they have distinct differences. Teppanyaki refers to cooking on a flat griddle, where chefs skillfully prepare dishes like steak, seafood, and vegetables in front of diners. Hibachi, on the other hand, uses a round, open-grate grill heated by charcoal or gas, imparting a smoky flavor to the food. Discover the nuances and theatrical flair of these two captivating Japanese culinary arts.
