I'm a latecomer, having only been to Nishinakasu for about two years, but I visited the new store a few days after it opened. First, table dots? was? I was so excited to have dinner where everyone gathered around the same table!
I was moved by the inspiration of the chef, who couldn't help but make the food delicious.
The interior design is really nice and I would like to live there. To say the least, I like Hakata's selection of sommelier's sexy selections.
It was a great experience at a great value. This is an experience-based restaurant for adults that will make you feel like you've been invited to the chef's home and are feasting on Hakata French cuisine while having a gentle conversation.
I would like to visit again in the fall. I'm excited now.

A restaurant called Double Dot where you eat at a large table shared with other customers.
Chef Fukuyama's creativity is exploding!
The budget is around 30,000 for drinks.
The view is also The Hakata.
It's worth going!

He is the owner-chef of "La Maison de la Nature Goh," which received one star in the "Michelin Guide Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki 2019," and is listed in "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants." I visited Goh Fukuyama's new restaurant, which has been nominated many times, and unfortunately, Chef Fukuyama was not present.
The location is on the 3rd floor of the new building "010 BUILDING" in front of Canal City Hakata.
This restaurant has a Table Dot style, where 14 people sit around a table, and there are people you don't know at the same table, so it can be a bit tense, but once you get to know each other, it gets fun.
The meat was of good quality, but the sauce on the meat was a waste.
