I used it for lunch 🍺

This is a local Chinese restaurant in Kabukicho. There are only table seats inside, but there are also many individual customers. I think it can be used by individuals, small groups, or multiple people😎Please note that only cash is accepted😎As mentioned in many other reviews, the lady in the hall seems to be very efficient and very efficient, so it depends on the person. is customer service You may not like the attitude, so I don't recommend it to people who don't like it in the first place.Personally, I had no problems with the customer service, and the price was quite low, so it was a restaurant I would like to return to.

This time, I ordered 2 bottles of beer, fried rice, 2 plates of gyoza, and levanilla😎First of all, I was surprised that I ordered only this and got back change for 3,000 yen😎The fried rice was light and fluffy, typical of local Chinese food, and had a flavor that I never get tired of. 😎The gyoza is baked to a crispy surface. Although it was simple, it was a masterpiece where you could feel the flavor of the bean paste. The sauce on the levanilla was exquisite, and although I ordered it as a snack this time, it was a dish that made me want rice. The fried rice and gyoza, which are standard menu items, were not outstandingly delicious. The taste was such that I always wanted to eat it 😎

If you want to eat local Chinese food at a reasonable price in Shinjuku Kabukicho, why not try this restaurant?

A town Chinese restaurant tucked away in a corner of the big city. It's not particularly delicious, but it's a reliable and authentic Chinese fried rice. I can't call it a feast, but it was delicious. Fried rice 550 yen, Gomoku fried rice 650 yen This is a miracle in the big city of Kabukicho (lol).
    Thank you for the meal.

A retro Chinese restaurant in the middle of Kabukicho.
I was surprised at how cheap it was. The lady's customer service is also rude, but I don't dislike it. The taste is quite normal.
I guess it's a place for people who work in the neighborhood to relax. It was a good store.

This is Machi Chuka, which exists in an extremely deep position in the Kabukicho area. Founded in 1963, this is a very famous restaurant with a history of over 60 years, and is a strong supporter of the common people, offering extremely cheap menus.

    Fried rice/550 yen
    Gyoza/400 yen

I ordered two menus with prices similar to when I was a child. I usually choose this combination when I visit a store for the first time.

First, fried rice appeared in about 10 minutes. After my colleague's ramen was finished, the gyoza appeared while he was halfway through the fried rice.

The fried rice has a moist stir-fried texture and a mild flavor. The right amount of salt and greasiness make it a quality that will appeal to everyone, and it seems to go well with noodles.

I hurriedly took a photo after eating one gyoza, so there were actually 6 gyoza in one plate. Although it doesn't have a lot of filling, it's hot, juicy, and has a hint of garlic, making it a superb dish. This would definitely go well with beer.

The Chinese soup that comes with it has a nostalgic flavor that makes you think, ``This is it!'' and I love it. Overall, the portions are small, so these two items filled me up just right. I think the combination of fried rice + stir-fried meat and vegetables would have been good.

The inside of the store has a Showa era atmosphere that TV filming crews would enjoy. It's a very picturesque space with greasy chairs and tables and a handwritten menu taped to the wall.

The inside of the store seems to have a two-story structure, but the second floor appears to be unused. The first floor seats have three narrow tables, and I'm impressed by how well they work. The rumored landlady behaves exactly as rumored, which is a real highlight. It's a delicious restaurant.
