Even though it was my first time, I ordered the limited-time Mapo Tofu Dandan noodles. It has a nice kick of pepper and is very delicious.
My husband ordered spicy vegetable tandan noodles.
I had the soup, and the flavor of the vegetables melted into the soup and it was delicious!

When serving the ramen, they prepared two types of astragalus, one with holes and the other with regular holes, so I was able to enjoy minced meat and finely chopped shiitake mushrooms, which was stress-free and very satisfying!
