Goku Review Summary

Had lunch at this place. Ordered their fried rice which changes daily and is supposed to be popular. Service was so-so, received my food approximately 15mins after ordering. The fried rice itself was a bit on the salty side, with two pieces of shrimp on top. The problem was they put way too much msg that I was nauseous for the rest of the day.

Not a place I can recommend

A decent place overall. Good food but nothing special. Everything was pretty average. Not bad, just average. No English menu.

Ordered Gomoku fried rice set meal 900 yen, medium size 100 yen additional 1,000 yen

I ordered and the food was served immediately.

It is unclear whether the fried rice is made in advance to some extent.

It's a moist fried rice. It seemed like other customers were also ordering a lot of medium-sized portions.

Even though it's a medium portion, it only weighs 750g, so it's quite large and filling.

I had fried rice and a daily special.
The extra portion of fried rice was as big as the previous reputation.
I ate it without leaving any leftovers, but it's just too much and the taste doesn't change halfway through.
At lunch time, people usually sit together, but it was difficult to eat calmly because there were so many people watching.
