The Five Mushrooms pizza was tasty and tey seem to be Pizza masters, making pizza with sour dough. The pasta dish was a bit small. The atmosphere was hip. It is advisable to book in advance as it can get crowded especially in the weekends.

Twice in a row now, they brought out one of our dishes much later than all the others. I left the dinner group after 40 minutes, and they still didn't bring my pork dish. But the pizza came out within 10 minutes. A bit suspicious but was hungry. Average taste. One pasta dish seemed to be drowning in olive oil. Last time.

Dinner reservation for six people
It was not super crowded in the restaurant and we got a perfect round table for six of us. They also have English menu so we looked at both English and Japanese menus for comparison.
They do have a pizza oven just right by the entrance. They have a wide range of Italian food and even the companies I went with from European countries were satisfied with the quality of their food. They pay attention to refill your glass of water well. Bathrooms is available inside the restaurant.
Considering this location (3 minute walk from the station and in Meguro) and dinner price, it is not super expensive and even students can go. They kindly took pictures of us when we asked one of the staff members. We stayed there for two and a half hours although our reservation was supposed to be only for two hours. They accept PayPay as well.

Good Italian food. We liked the Pizza, and to our surprise they served Burrata with Nashi fruit instead of Tomatoes - nice twist, and so delicious! Good selection of Glass Wines and Bottles. Only points to improve: Pasta 'Cacio e Pepe' should be more creamy, the cheese wasn't fully melted. And we run out of time for dessert, as table was booked for a next group. If you plan to stay for an extended time, better tell them when making the reservation.
