We have been to many of the top restaurants in the world, and Tokyo. This gem is a magical find and has some of the best food on the earth! Do not miss Egoiste!

    Chef Ugawara is a magician!

I've been to many French restaurants in Ginza, and I think this is one of the best in terms of food and service. In particular, I think they have the best range of dishes and drinks, so if you're tired of regular French food, please give it a try.
I would rate the atmosphere a 4 because there is a signboard for a massage parlor at the entrance of the building and you can hear the sound of drainage from the upper floors.

We received a rich lunch base menu made with high-quality ingredients.
The generous amount of caviar (the collaboration with the rainy season grunt was exquisite) and the fist-sized black truffle (not the summer truffle at this time of year!) grabbed both my heart and my stomach from the beginning.
I think this is a recommended shop that is even more fun in the fall and winter.

At the counter, I was able to enjoy an immersive and enjoyable meal while listening to the chef explain the ingredients and his special points, and watching the final touches of salt and pepper being added right in front of my eyes.
I should have asked, but they don't seem to have soup, but you can enjoy fish and meat as a base course for lunch.
With eggs that you can hold in your hands, they even made an extra omelet for you, which was both filling and flavorful.
