Comments: Great and very popular bistro in Nishiazabu area. The chef is genuinely nice and friendly.

Simple and delicious no matter what you eat.
Despite being a one-off chef, the chef will tell you passionate stories about his dishes.
We drank lots of wine and it was very reasonably priced.

What left an impression on me was the milt beignet.
A dish consisting of a large piece of milt wrapped in batter, paired with tartar-style sauce and salad.
The juiciness of the roe, the crispy coating, and the crunch of the salad combine to create a dish with a fun texture.

Even before the shrimp pasta was served, a nice shrimp bisque-like aroma filled the restaurant, and that alone was enough to make the wine go well.
When you take a bite, you'll be surprised by the rich flavor, as if you were eating a whole shrimp that has been compressed tightly.

A steak that looks and tastes perfect, and you won't believe it was cooked in a frying pan.
It is slowly baked in a frying pan for 30 minutes until the surface is crispy and there is no dripping when cut.
When you take a bite, the unique lean taste of Uchimomo spreads in your mouth, and the flavor overflows with every bite.
