Weekends, better check if open for dinner before going down. Food may all be sold out during lunch.
Dinner opening hours may be delayed till 530pm.
First come first serve system, cant take reservation.
Location is within residential area, not easily accessible from any stations. Prepare to walk about 15mins from Ginzal line- Tawaramachi Staion.
Must try:
beef stew, tongue stew or mixed stew.
Onion soup.
Homemade toast.
Above should fill u up nicely.

Found this place through tablelog and it truly lives up to its popularity. The place is quite small but we came on a weekday so there was almost no wait.
The beef stew was decadent and complex in flavour. The tender beef and fat melts in your mouth without any chewing.
The hamburg steak was also delicious for its price.
The buttered toast was also enjoyable, the texture of the bread was fluffy and crispy at the same time.
Extremly highly recommend this place, would come back to Asakusa specifically for this place ð€€
There is also an english/chinese/korean menu for foreigners too so no worries about language barrier

Ordered the mixed grill. Best grill i've ever had. Make sure to order rice on the side to soak up every last bit of that magical sauce! We were helped by a very kind lady who made sure we had a good experience ordering.
