Grill & Steak Myogetsubo

I’d like to give it 6 stars. We decided to conclude our travel here by splurging on a fine dining experience. I went with the waiters recommendation and everything was fabulous, to include the view out our window. We didn’t know they had parking available. If we’re ever back again, this is a must stop.

One of the best Tenderloin steaks I had in my life. We ordered 2 Tenderloin steaks 200gr, medium and medium well done. They grilled them to perfection. Shiitake mushrooms were also delicious together with giant grilled shrimps.

We loved every bit of experience and the food served in the restaurant. Thank you!

I ate there while on a one day trip to Nikko, and it was the final point to a perfect day, not only the food was delicious, but also the service was excellent.

The place is a old traditional japanese house beautifully iluminated and decorated, with a nice garden to the side, which you can observe while having lunch, a really pleasant experience.

The food was delicious, the quality of the meat and fish was excellent and the most important part, was treated respectfully and with sense of taste, key steps to elaborate a delightful dish.

The service was far beyond from excellent, the metre took us to our table, attended us kindly and explained us some things we asked about the house, he even left us take some pictures and guided us to a nice view of the garden.

There's not too much left to say, I'd totally repeat the experience.

This is my 32nd time to Japan, and easily this is my favorite restaurant ever! Every dish was prepared as if fit for the Emperor himself! If ever in the area, please check this place out.

Had the most amazing dining experience here! Most places in Japan have been really difficult to book from overseas but this restaurant allowed us to make a reservation by calling. They also happily seated us even though we had arrived one hour early.

The food was absolutely amazing! The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful, and did their best to translate things to English for us. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth amazing as well. We had the Tochigi beef Sirloin and Tenderloin steak and both were so so good! I would 100% recommend everyone to give them a visit.
