An amazing Edomae sushi omakase experience. The food, drinks, and hospitality from both the chef and his wife were all top notch. Even with my limited Japanese, the chef explained each dish and used a translator to fill in anything I missed in the explanations. I look forward to visiting again the next time I visit Fukuoka.

The sushi ingredients are of extremely high quality. Although the price is not cheap, I believe it is well worth it considering the quality. Additionally, the hospitality of the owner couple is outstanding. I had a very enjoyable time with them. I plan to visit again with my wife next time.
