Gyoku Description
Located in Kawasaki, Gyoku is a hidden gem that specializes in tsukemen, a type of ramen where the noodles are served separately from the broth.
What sets Gyoku apart from other ramen shops is their attention to detail and commitment to quality. The broth is rich and flavorful, made from a blend of pork and chicken bones that have been simmered for hours to extract every bit of umami goodness. The noodles are thick and chewy, perfect for dipping into the concentrated broth.
One of the standout dishes at Gyoku is their signature tsukemen, where the noodles are served with a side of thick, flavorful broth. The broth is packed with intense flavors and pairs perfectly with the al dente noodles. For those who prefer a milder taste, Gyoku also offers a lighter version of their tsukemen.
The restaurant itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with wooden furnishings and soft lighting. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend the perfect dish for your taste. Whether you're a ramen aficionado or just looking to try something new, Gyoku is a must-visit destination for a unique and satisfying dining experience.

Definitely one of the top tsukemen spots in Japan. 30 minute walk from Kawasaki station straight down the main road makes it easy to find. Buy your tickets at the machine and stand in line to wait to be seated. Very delicious. 10/10 for me
