Gyoza & Nikomi / Sakana-ya Sushishin Review Summary

Awesome experience! We stumbled in on a whim and were seated very quickly. The service was fantastic, food phenomenal, and overall the vibes were great. The miso dipping sauce for the gyoza was absolutely fire. Shout out to our waiter, he was so attentive and really made sure we had a good experience. Don't sleep on this place!

This restaurant has the most amazing stews!! We came in for lunch and ordered the stews and gyozas lunch set. One stew is dark soup with beef, the other is clear soup with eel. The clear stew blew my mind!! It's so tasty!! I wish we can buy a package kit to make at home. The gyozas are very delicious too! We left so satisfied.

I went for a late breakfast, the place was really welcoming and gave us their English menu. The food came pretty fast and was delicious. Will definitely be going back.

Great value on two lunch sets full of authentic main and side dishes full of flavour. The English menu is very clear, and the ordering process was easy and quick.

Popped in here randomly and what a find! Venture through the bookstore to the very back corner to find a great little spot with amazing service and incredible gyoza! You won’t be disappointed.
