After eating gyoza at Gyozakan in Hachimanyama the other day, I was curious about gyoza, so this time I visited Tenhou.
I visited after 5pm on a Saturday, but I was able to get in without waiting. There was one group in the store.
I ordered fried gyoza, boiled gyoza, and oolong tea.
It may be early in the day, but this restaurant seems to be fine even if you don't drink alcohol.
While we were waiting, there were a few people ordering takeout or coming to the store. It seems that Mr. Watanabe from Unjash came in February of this year, and there were colored papers etc.
It seems that the grilled gyoza is served with miso sauce, and the gyoza served with this miso sauce is delicious. To be honest, I didn't really like the miso sauce gyoza I had in Utsunomiya before, so I was a little worried, but I definitely liked the miso sauce better than the soy sauce. By the way, even without the miso sauce, the gyoza itself had some flavor, but it wasn't really flavorful, so I think it's recommended to have it with the miso sauce.
The boiled dumplings are served with green perilla ponzu sauce, which is also delicious. It's refreshing and you can have as many as you like. Both the fried gyoza and boiled gyoza have orthodox ingredients, but that's why you can really appreciate the deliciousness of the gyoza at this restaurant.

These are the best gyoza in the world for me. The husband was so sad that he was speechless when he realized that he would no longer be able to eat the dumplings he had made from scratch.
I'm far away so I can't go there often, but I'll visit again.
