    This is one of my favorite shops that I want to visit regularly. From the standard gyoza to seasonal items, side dishes, and desserts, every time I eat it, it's delicious and makes me feel happy. The shop staff are also very kind and nice.

    As someone who has lived in Shenzhen, China, visited Hong Kong over 100 times, and eaten delicious dumplings in Shanghai, China, the world, and Japan, this may seem like a tough call, but to sum up my impressions, I think it's an amateur restaurant. I did. This is just my personal opinion, but if I were invited to someone's house and served them to them, I would say that the gyoza from that mom's place is delicious. It doesn't look professional. The website says that they use Hokkaido wheat and that they have some kind of qualification from China, but I wonder if that's true. . Normally, licenses and qualifications are displayed on the wall or photos are posted on the website. There was no flavor at all in the skin or the filling. The way it was cooked was also half-baked. It's extremely small, extremely expensive for the quality of the food, and the fact that it's wrapped before being served is a complete lie.Every time I order, they take out the pre-made food from the refrigerator, which is stored in a box, right in front of me. Oh, I saw the auntie wrap one piece as if it were a performance. I came home from outside without washing my hands. After that, I left the slip on the cutting board for a while to stretch out the skin. I was surprised at how unsanitary it was. Uncles and aunties sometimes go outside and cook without washing their hands. The lady didn't even say Welcome, just looked at our faces, nodded yes for some reason, and as soon as we sat down, she told us through the staff what time we should be out. Even if you come in the heat, they won't even give you water. First, I asked for some water, and she gave me lukewarm tap water. The draft beer was in surprisingly bad condition, and I've never had draft beer taste so bad. What's more, the glass for Namachu is the smallest size I've ever seen. The draft beer tank was changed immediately after that, so I can understand why it tasted bad and shouldn't have been served to the lowest customer. Afterwards, the couple next to me seemed to share the same opinion, as they gradually became silent, tilted their heads, and switched to bottled beer. I tried a lot of different things, but I left 15 minutes before I was told to leave, regretting my decision to come. Please note that they will not give you a receipt. For your reference, the foods and prices are as follows.

    The drooling chicken cost 770 yen, and the crunchy potato and sesame sauce cost 770 yen for a total of 5,676 yen.
    Personally, I have no repeat orders. . And I do not recommend it to those who want to eat Honmamon.

    Usually I don't ask for much because I'm alone, but today there were two of me so I was able to ask for a lot of things.

    I ordered radish gyoza and Yoshiharu gyoza.
    Once an order is placed, the dumplings are wrapped in skin and filled with red bean paste.
    It takes some time to make.
    Both the skin and the filling have flavor.
    It's delicious even without adding anything.
    Of course the gyoza was delicious, but the mackerel was very delicious.
    There is no smell at all and the bones are soft.
    It goes very well with a glass of Shaoxing wine while snacking on it.
    Next time, pickled radish!
