I had the most simple and cheapest order on their menu, though it was enough to make me full. The taste of smoked fish was the accent of its subtle flavour, and the texture of the lotus makes you want to have another bite.
When you order, you can ask the staff to wrap your food with a “Kamiiri(紙入り)”, a simple packing. Otherwise, they will put it in a box “Oriiri(折入り)” which cost an extra 100 yen.

I have always loved the Osaka-style of sushi made by this shop. It is certainly unusual, and possibly unique, here in Tokyo. It is a style that even many people here in Tokyo are not familiar with. The shop,we used to buy it from near Harajuku closed some time ago, so this one in Yotsuya is unfortunately the only one left. Although their oshizushi is also eye-catchingly designed and also very tasty, the real show-stoppers are their egg- enveloped sushi “pillows”: each containing a delicious mixture of rice and other fresh ingredients, including a large crunchy slice of pickled renkon (lotus root). The outside covering is also delicious and beautifully tied around the bundle with a single strand of mitsubq. Enough said. This is another style of delicious and beautifully-made sushi that you really owe it to yourself to try.

It’s a cozy restaurant with very hospitable staff! They speak English too. We tried the ¥990 sushi set which was a hearty portion! Like many have said, the conger eel is the highlight. I found the omelette rice just a wee bit too big for my liking. Even their matcha tea was lovely.

It was very delicious. This is a sure-fire item that can be used as a tasteful gift. It's a wonderful dish that you'll be missing out on if you don't try it while the restaurant is open.

The store had a ripple stone that appears in the national anthem at the entrance, and a very stylish painting. Regular customers made reservations over the phone in advance, and the buying and selling process went smoothly. There are many craftsmen in the store, and you can see that they are continuing the tradition of handmade products.

Although this was my first visit, it would be a good idea to check the menu on the website beforehand.

You can't go wrong with chakin sushi, but other pressed sushi are also delicious, so you might want to try a few different ones.

Overall, the taste is adjusted by combining the sweetness, the flavor of the soup stock, and the ingredients.

All the sushi is of great quality, from the packaging to the sushi and pressing to perfection.

The chakin sushi, the fluffyness of the eggs, the exquisite taste of the vinegared rice, the ingredients, and the unique and uncompromising taste.

There is no mistake.

I think you can use cash, smartphone, card, etc.
