Highlight of the entire bowl would be the wantons. The wantons are very plump and filled with clams. Overall, would recommend.

Probably the best ramen in Gotanda area. Service is a little slow, but if you have a beer while waiting it’s all good and totally worth it ☺️

I had an amazing experience dining at 手打ち正麺Hachimitsu. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the warm and chill atmosphere. The service was impeccable—attentive without being overbearing, striking just the right balance.

But let's talk about the real highlight—the ramen. The soup base was a masterpiece of flavors, so rich and well-seasoned that it took the entire dish to new heights. It's clear that a lot of love and expertise goes into making their ramen, and it shows in every slurp.

I wholeheartedly recommend 手打ち正麺Hachimitsu to anyone in search of exceptional ramen and a cozy, relaxed eating experience. I can't wait to return and indulge in that heavenly soup again!
