I’ve visited this place more than five times, but for some reason, I never left a review until now! This spot is easily one of my favorites in Tokyo, and it has never let me down. The menu changes with the seasons, keeping everything fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the looong big margarita—it’s their signature drink, at least for me. I’ve tried all the flavors, and trust me, mango is hands-down the best!

Being in Japan for nearly two weeks, I was really in the mood for Mexican while in Tokyo. I wasn’t expecting much but Hacienda delivered. For one, the restaurant is on the top floor and showcases an immaculate view of downtown Tokyo. The Pastor Caesar salad was one of the best Caesar’s I’ve ever had. We also got the mixed fajita meal with beef and swordfish, which was more than enough for two of us. The only negative was that chips weren’t included, which I found odd for a Mexican restaurant.

I went here with my sister on the last night of our trip to Japan and it was great! We sat outside even through it was super cold because the view from the terrace was beautiful, I bet it would be amazing during the Summer! We got the chicken tinga tacos as well as the guacamole Fresca to share and a couple drinks and it all was super delicious and tasted extremely fresh. The staff were the most welcoming aswell and even offered blankets since we sat outside!

Food was great! The ceviche and tostadas were a great Mexican Japanese fusion. I asked to sit outside and they even had a warm blanket for me! Very nice place

Vibrant Mexican restaurant with nice interior and great rooftop terrace.
When navigating there be aware that the entrance is on the side of the building. Just a small sign at the walkway.
Food and drink selection is good.
Draft IPA tastes nice, but 3/4 pint is actually a small glass. Classic margarita was also fine (ordered less sweet).
Most dishes were not spicy unless they say so. But there are different hot sauces at the table. Japanese habanero sauce is nice. Ceviche appetiser has basically no “leche de Tigre” and therefore was missing some lime acidity.
Nice presentation of the food and cool atmosphere makes it a nice evening. Food alone is just ok (but I’m picky).
