Pricey (which I expected as I read about it online beforehand), but it was the best meal of my life. I ordered an omakase and was served appetisers, sashimi, side dishes, and sushi. Watching the chef prepare the food was an eye-opening and enjoyable experience in itself. Him and his assistant are friendly too. Chatted with them and a group of regular customers.

It was a great sushi restaurant. The owner is very polite in his work in the small shop. Even though he is quiet, he never forgets to be considerate and calls out to me at just the right time. I ordered the omakase and was entertained for about 3 hours. The atmosphere of the store was nice, but the female customer next to me had a strong perfume, which was not the store's fault, but it was the only disappointing thing. Although it's not a restaurant I can visit often due to the price, I'd like to go there next time to try the winter ingredients.

Edomae sushi made by a surprisingly friendly chef!
Is delicious!
The location is quite a walk from the station, so it feels like a hideaway.
I'll leave it to you to serve it appropriately.
I'm impressed by the careful work that goes into making sushi that will make you wow no matter what you eat.
The general originally worked at Tsukiji...

Alcohol is beer, shochu, and sake, but no whiskey, so you can't order highballs or anything like that.

It was the most delicious sushi I've ever eaten.
For 15,000 yen per person, we ordered omakase nigiri, additional conger eel, ayu, abalone, tekkamaki, and one more conger conger.
(Order oolong tea without alcohol)
It feels very reasonable.
I was surprised that you can eat hamo raw.
It's hard to believe that this fish was prized for its vitality in an era before refrigeration technology.
The toppings were elegant, meaty, and sweet.
As for the sea urchin, special Bafun sea urchin from Rebun Island has just arrived today.
This is also exquisite!
The way the sardine is served is unique, with the knife being carefully inserted to grasp the layered toppings.

The general is also friendly and can tell you a lot of interesting stories.
It's such a good store that I regret not knowing about it until now.
I wanted to go there sooner.

A restaurant that serves really delicious Edomae sushi. Although the owner is still young, he is very eager to learn and is still experimenting with various things through trial and error. I'm glad that they are determined to serve something delicious. I'm also happy that they have a good selection of local sake. The basics are left up to you, but they will make some adjustments, such as making more handfuls. The total price is quite high, but the cost performance is sufficient. We want you to enjoy the delicious fish and sushi. It's a store you'll want to visit every season.
