Hakata Issuitei - Mita Description

Hakata Issuitei - Mita is a hidden gem located in the Mita neighborhood of Tokyo. This restaurant specializes in authentic Hakata-style ramen, offering a truly immersive dining experience for ramen enthusiasts. What sets Hakata Issuitei apart from other ramen shops is their secret soy sauce recipe, developed in collaboration with a renowned soy sauce manufacturer. This secret sauce, combined with a rich and flavorful pork bone broth simmered for hours, creates a unique and unforgettable taste.

One of the highlights of Hakata Issuitei's menu is their signature Hakata-style ramen. Made with their special soy sauce and topped with tender slices of chashu pork, green onions, and a perfectly cooked soft-boiled egg, this ramen is a true delight for the senses. The noodles are also a standout feature, as they are aged to perfection, resulting in a firm and chewy texture that pairs perfectly with the rich broth.

In addition to their ramen offerings, Hakata Issuitei recently introduced a new concept called '#ChoiNomimashita!' This concept focuses on providing a variety of affordable and delicious small plates to accompany your drinks. From classic Hakata-style grilled meat dishes to other soulful comfort foods, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you're a ramen aficionado or looking to explore the vibrant flavors of Hakata cuisine, Hakata Issuitei - Mita is a must-visit destination.

Good Tonkotsu style ramen.
The taste is nothing special, but doesn't feel too oily and has a deep aftertaste.
Recommend if you like Tonkotsu ramen or want to try it for the first time.

Very decent Hakata Ramen. This is Ramen cooked in the way they do in an area of Kyushu. The most characteristic thing is the soup made out of the pork bones. This one is a little bit pricier than the usual, for the one in the picture I paid 950¥. I ordered then a kaedama (one extra set of noodles) and it was 150 yens. The size of this kaedama was quite decent. It is the best hakata ramen I found in the area so far. Egg its cooked just perfect and the meat its also great!

If just it would be a little bit cheaper... that would get this place the last star :)
