The absolute best kaisendon I’ve ever had! We got the chef’s special bowl and usually with these I feel like the individual pieces could be hit or miss but every was amazing, especially the uni!
The sides we got were amazing as well but unfortunately they were out of the large box of uni so we couldn’t get that :(

I guess we were lucky as we came 20 min prior opening and there was no line. restaurant is located in a modern building linked to underground walkway from Sapporo Station. Super fresh and delicious uni on rice as well as uni omelette and the uni gratin. I have also tried scallops with butter but they were slightly overcooked.
Service is excellent and the lady assisting us spoke great English. Highly recommended if you are after fresh uni!

It's every now and then that I get to savour the "umami" taste of Japanese Hokkaido UNI and definitely ♥️ love at 1st bite done in different versions from sashimi to tempura cooking style.Definitely a good experience eating here the authentic Japanese way.One does have to fork out more of their eating budget to experience it!please note your budget may vary depending on how much one orders.
