Whether it's a sushi restaurant or a ramen restaurant, both offer high-quality food.
I think the weekday lunch price of 1,000 yen is a good value for a set of light ramen with dried sardines and sushi rolls with fatty salmon.
I didn't have high expectations for the ramen since it was served by a sushi restaurant, but it was a high-quality ramen made with seafood soup stock, and I was able to enjoy everything including the soup.
In addition, the innovative set that comes with such delicious ramen and sushi is even more appealing.
You can change to sushi instead of rolled sushi, and the set menu can be arranged according to your preference.
Weekday lunches start at 1,000 yen, which is a reasonable price considering the location.
Since orders are placed via QR, it seems that labor costs can be cut.
Despite being a sushi restaurant, I felt that the restaurant was progressing in many ways.
I would like to repeat it.

After completing my errands at Yokohama Landmark Tower in JR Sakuragicho, it was just around 12:00, so I went looking for a restaurant for lunch.
I discovered this restaurant while exploring the area lined with restaurants on the 1st floor of Landmark Plaza. I decided to try Tsurikin Honten, which I had previously visited and had found to be very delicious.I was drawn to the words on the front of the store and said it was directly operated. It was a little before 12:00 on a public holiday, but there were about two groups in line in front of us.
This restaurant seems to have opened in July 2023, and the interior is bright and clean, with about 8 counter seats, 3 seats for 2 people, and 4 seats for 4 people.
You can order using either the QR code or directly from the store staff.
I ordered the Lunch B set of Chinese noodles with dried shellfish and 5 pieces of nigiri. I was told that I could choose between soy sauce or salt, so I ordered a large serving of salt and the recommended soy sauce for an additional ¥200.
First, a platter of 5 pieces of nigiri was brought to us, and the waiter carefully explained the ingredients in order from left to right (medium fatty tuna, red meat, sea bream, seared bonito, and maybe salmon?). Like the main store, the sushi is made with red vinegar, and the toppings are brushed, and all of the toppings were delicious.
The salted Chinese noodles soup with dried shellfish is delicious, with the aroma of yuzu and the flavor of the soup stock. Also, the medium-thick flat noodles were smooth and perfectly boiled, making them delicious as well. However, although the chashu pork was soft, it felt like it had a lot of fat, which I personally don't like.
The soy sauce soup had a stronger seafood flavor than the salt, and was also delicious.
I think it's nice that the tissues on the table are kept in a wooden tissue case, which gives a sense of uniformity, but when we both order a set menu, the table for two is cramped and it's hard to eat. My only regret was that I felt a little .
I was able to use paypay.

[Ramen and sushi set is innovative]
Everything was a new experience. Both ramen and sushi are of high quality. The ramen soup made with fish stock is sweet and refreshing, but has a rich flavor that will keep you drinking it. The seaweed was also fragrant and delicious.

There is Niboshi vinegar, which is made by pickling Niboshi, which changes the taste when added to soup. The nigiri sushi also has a fragrant red vinegar sushi and just the right amount. The ingredients are fresh and you can eat it easily. It went perfectly with the soup and was blissful. I'll come back later!
