Great food. Descent service.
Unfortunately, the kitchen is on first floor and the dining room on 2nd. Guests can’t see what is happening and the atmosphere is cold.

Had a nine course lunch with my friend at this hard to score original Hasegawa. Delicious and high quality Japanese style French food. However, nothing stands out to be incredible as one would expect from Hasegawa and a nearly 40K Yen lunch price tag.

Minoru Hasegawa, a restaurant that is extremely difficult to reserve, has changed to a restaurant that is relatively easy to reserve? ? ? ?
However, this only applies to restaurants where reservations are difficult.
Even if you become Kaoru, you can't easily make a reservation.
It feels very special to be served and cooked for just one group at a table of four on the first floor.
Although it does not have the elegance of Grand Maison,
One of a kind. It's an atmosphere that makes you feel special.
Innovative, neither French nor Italian.
It's a lot of fun to cook rice in a clay pot and incorporate Japanese cooking techniques.
It's unusual for a shop like this to not serve bread, but the portions are good, so if they serve bread, you might not be able to go all the way. Minoru Hasegawa's true value is his outstanding pasteurization!
This time as well, the grilled fish dishes and Ezo deer were outstanding.
This is a store that I would like to visit regularly.
It's hard on my wallet if I come regularly lol
It was a feast.
