This place is a real treat. The food was very delicious, but I would say the standout is their service. We were able to bring our baby, and they made us feel very comfortable and were incredibly friendly.
The chef and everyone else was very attentive for our every need, and we had a great time celebrating our anniversary.
Thank you so much!

We were celebrating our 9 year anniversary and were looking for a true kaiseki experience. Hashimoto created one of the most incredible meals that were both unique and well thought out. We can’t speak Japanese, but were greeted by some of the most welcoming staff and felt so appreciated. They put in every effort to know the english names of all ingredients and utilized translators when needed.
Hands down the best meal I have ever had, and my wife and I hope to celebrate our 10 year anniversary at Hashimoto next year.
Thank you for making our special day so memorable

Great food with superb attention to detail and even better service. The chef spoke little English but made the effort to translate everything to English (via Google translate on his phone) and made sure I understood what was being served.
