The only choice on the menu is ``Chicken Curry Rich''. Since it was my first visit, I didn't have any options and asked for spiciness level 1. The complex aroma of spices released the moment you open the lid of the clay pot will whet your appetite. A smooth soup with the flavor of chicken and aroma of spices, moist and tender chicken, and marinated tomatoes whose sweetness is enhanced by the heat. You can have a variety of combinations of these, crispy pickled onions, and spiced rice soaked in the flavor of chicken, and no matter which combination you use, it's delicious. Finally, mash the hot spring eggs, mix in the spiced rice, and pickled onions to complete the meal. Thank you for the meal.

A famous spice curry restaurant near Nagahoribashi Station. If you miss the lot immediately after opening, you will have to wait for the second part starting at 1pm (numbered tickets will be distributed).
The spices are made after receiving an order, and the owner has to wait at least 40 minutes for the food to be served, as it takes a lot of time and effort. Those who cannot see this as a positive element should not come to this store in the first place. I would like to take a half-day off and enjoy this luxurious time. It's worth it.
The only choice on the menu is chicken curry in a clay pot, and it's really delicious. The balance of the combination of curry and spiced rice is also carefully thought out. You can choose from 0 to 5 spiciness, but 4 spiciness is already beyond the maximum level of spiciness found at the average curry restaurant. The key to the curry here is not the spiciness, but the richness of the spices, so if it's too spicy, it gets in the way. I think it's better to lower the spiciness by at least two levels below your maximum level.
The owner is not a bothersome person like most picky people, but he is very pleasant. There is no extra charge for spiciness, and even a large serving costs just 1,000 yen, so the price is quite reasonable considering the quality and atmosphere.

Hashimotoya in Minamisenba, Nagahoribashi, Osaka
Currently my No. 1 favorite curry restaurant and the one I went to the most last year.

Chicken curry 1100 yen
Large serving of rice + 100 yen
Increased amount of pickles + 100 yen
3 Spices up, this style has become established.
The curry that comes out sizzling in an earthenware pot contains chunky chicken, tomatoes, and hot spring eggs, and is extremely delicious.
Curry with freshly ground spices has a unique taste

The rice cooked with chicken stock is like fried rice and I end up making a large portion of it.
Additional order required for pickled onions.
The elegant acidity is irresistibly delicious.

Business hours are from 11:45 to 13:30 on weekdays and ends when the soup is sold out.
The cooking time is long, and it takes more than 30 minutes from the time you sit down to the time you start eating. It's quite a difficult restaurant, but it's a curry restaurant that you can't help but keep coming back to.

It looks like 2024 will start on January 16th, so I'm drawn to spices and want to visit here again this year.
