It's basically a charcoal-grilled restaurant with extremely delicious beef tongue, run by the proprietress and about two female employees.
It's such a popular restaurant that people have been lining up ever since it opened, and unless you have a reservation, you might have to wait a long time.
It's a bit far from Kawasaki Station, but the food is so delicious that you won't mind walking all the way to eat it.
The shop has a unique atmosphere, and the proprietress' attitude and work style are so cool that you will fall in love with them.
Everything from yuba, eggplant, and charcoal-grilled seasonal vegetables to beef tongue, tail soup, and yam rice was delicious.

The best beef tongue restaurant. Thickness, texture, flavor, and saltiness. Everything is the best.
Don't forget the mustard miso.
Of course, the barley yam rice and tail soup are also the best.
Each seasonal vegetable is served in a delicious way.
The price is not cheap, but once you eat it, you will definitely be satisfied, so there are no complaints.
The hostess is warm and nice, and even though I only go there once in a while, I feel relieved when I sit at the counter.
The walls and pillars have been smoky and have a very nice atmosphere.
My favorite shop.

The beef tongue dish is surprisingly juicy and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The fragrant aroma of charcoal grilling and the delicious flavor of high-quality fat are in perfect harmony. It has an exquisite taste and is a must-have for beef tongue fans.
